Kick-off call
A 20-minute call to go over the project, who leads it technically and what each side expects.
Match
Once the project is approved, we open it to our graduates and send you the candidates who match, with their portfolios. You interview them and pick the team.
The project
Up to three months of work on your backlog. Henry checks in with the graduates every month and steps in if anything goes off track.
Wrap-up
You fill out a short feedback survey and decide whether to hire. If you do, there is no placement fee for a junior graduate.
